At Aura California, we take pride in the quality and design of our products and back each of them with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee. If you experience issues with the material or workmanship of your Aura California knife, we will gladly replace part or all of it, at our discretion—free of charge, with proof of purchase.
EXCLUSIVE LIFETIME WARRANTY
Aura California knives boast an exclusive lifetime warranty that endures for the entirety of the product's lifespan. We pledge to uphold the quality of our knives against any manufacturing imperfections in material and craftsmanship. This Exclusive Lifetime Warranty is non-transferrable and does not encompass ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, impairment, fractures, or other issues stemming from improper usage, neglectful maintenance, alterations to the product, unforeseen mishaps, misplacement, or theft. It applies solely to Aura California knives. Any knife identified as defective will be promptly replaced in accordance with the stipulations outlined in Aura California's Return and Refund policy, and in alignment with the provisions set forth within this Exclusive Lifetime Warranty. In the case of damaged knives, customers are obligated to show evidence of the problem. No additional warranties are insinuated or articulated beyond the explicit terms delineated herein.
