A Black Walnut sheath cut to fit the Catalina paring knife. Each sheath is shaped to one knife model, so the fit is close and the blade stays put in a drawer or a bag.

A handle rest at the mouth of the sheath keeps the edge from touching the wood as it goes in and out, so the knife stays sharp. Black Walnut takes on little moisture and is kind to steel, which makes it a good long-term home for a blade.

Handcrafted in California.
